"We have a bail application filed on April 1, 2019, the application was submitted to the prosecution and was torn up for your hearing. We urge the court to re-establish ties because it will guarantee her safety when she returns home to continue her trial, "he said.
For his part, the federal government lawyer, Labaran Shuaibu, told the court that he was only following the procedure in place of the application. Shuaibu urged the court to postpone the case to allow them to present the necessary processes.
