Rapists Get Life Sentence In Yobe

The government of the Yobe state has taken steps to stop growing cases of rape, homosexuality, lesbianism and other forms of unnatural sex practices involving men and animals in the state.

Government Ibrahim Gaidam, apart from the bill, agree to the bill on 'Yobe state criminal law 2018 amendment bill' in which life imprisonment for rape cases with minors in the state is recorded, has also sworn to allow the law to proceed, no matter who is there involved.

The signing ceremony took place in the council halls of the Damaturu Government House.

Government Gaidam during the ceremony also noted that the event was a proactive measure to limit the increasing number of reported cases of rape, kidnapping and unnatural violations in the state.
