Princess Diana's Former Lover, Oliver Hoare Dies At 73

The lover of art dealers of Princess Diana, Oliver Hoare, died at age 73 in France. The married father of three children was a friend of Charles and began an affair with the princess after his father died in 1992.

The Daily Mail reports that the elegant art dealer who became Diana's lover died of cancer.

His romance with Diana ended when his wife threatened to divorce, but not before a guard found him half-naked behind a potted laurel in a palace corridor, smoking a cigar. May his soul rest in peace.
