Neymar Still Destined To Join Madrid

Neymar may have entrusted his immediate future to Paris Saint-Germain, but a move to Real Madrid will be "sooner or later," said former Barcelona star Rivaldo.

In full summer of intense speculations, the most expensive actor of the world is committed to spend the campaign 2018-19 in France.

These comments put an end to another transfer of funds, 12 months after the passage of 222 million euros (200 million dollars) in Paris, but discussions about the fact that the Brazilian becomes a "Galactico" at a time given refuse a means.

Rivaldo believes that it is because the return to Spain of the ex-Barca is inevitable, no matter what he says in the present.

He told betfair: "It seems likely that Neymar will stay in France this season but in football you never know what could happen the next day, everything is on the table until the transfer window closes.

"At the moment, I have to believe in his own words about staying at PSG, but from what I've heard, he will end up sooner or later with Real Madrid."

While the Blancos were unable to land Neymar in the current window, their rivals at Camp Nou caught two Brazilian stars in the form of Arthur and Malcom.

Rivaldo expects his compatriots to make a positive impression in Catalonia, with the two young enough to make important contributions in the present and the future.

The winner of the World Cup added: "Barcelona has signed Malcom and Arthur and both are capable of being solid investments.

"These are young qualified players, which is why the club can benefit from two different ways: on the field or in another transfer to another club.
"It's important for teams to sign talented young people to give them that future. If they fail to win a first place team, they can still be sold to other clubs with a profit because they are still young, but I am convinced that both have the quality to make an impact at Barca during the coming years.

"The club has also signed Arturo Vidal from Bayern Munich and the Chilean international is a good buy for his midfielder who needed power and experience.

"I think Barca is making the right choices in the transfer window to build a strong team this season."
