Guns And Ammunition Recovered Inside A Lagos School (Photo)

According to a report by the New Telegraph, there was a big alarm on the faces of the police officers of the Lagos State Police Force, who recovered the bag of guns and ammunition at a secondary school in Mushin.

This discovery was made a few days after the state police commissioner, Mr. Imohimi Edgal, gave the alarm to the growing number of young people involved in the cult.

According to the commissioner, the sack was found at Eko Boys High School. Edgal revealed that the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in charge of the Alakara Police Station broke into the school after receiving information through a community association.

The commissioner said that immediately after the DPO received the information, it was put into action.

First he selected a team of crack detectives and went to the school, where the weapons were recovered.

He said: "To the surprise of DPO and his team, when the sack was opened, a double-barreled Magnum, a double-action cannon, a Barretta pistol, 9 mm of live ammunition and 10 live cartridges."
